1. Shipping
For orders within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of 7 €. With a purchase value of 75 € or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.
For orders within the EU abroad and internationally, shipping is calculated according to the weight of the ordered items. With a purchase value of 150 € or more, shipping to other EU countries is free of charge.
The buyer bears the cost for exchange or return. In the event of a complaint, a return slip will be provided.
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time within Germany is 3-5 business days. Withing the EU delivery time is around 7-10 business days.
2. Return and Exchange
For online orders, items can be returned at your own expense or returned to the shop in Hamburg within 14 days – the postmark is decisive.
In the case of intact goods, a replacement item can be exchanged or the purchase amount reimbursed within the specified deadlines.

Hygiene articles such as cosmetics, hair color, piercing jewelry and earrings, as well as worn shoes and underwear are excluded from exchange.
