Neck circumference: 33 cm – 39 cm, strap: 2 cm wide, O-rings: approx. 1.4 cm and 3 cm inner diameter
Materials: Strap: 100% PVC, flat-head rivet: 100% iron, buckle, O-ring, bookbolts and loop: 100% steel
